Patient Participation Group

All GP Practices have a Patient Group. Any patient can join.
We are a small voluntary group of patients and practice staff
who meet regularly to discuss the services and facilities offered
by the Links Practices to their patients. We aim to offer
constructive suggestions but also helpful criticism about the
work done by all the staff. The Links Group meets in person
every few months.
We would like to hear from patients who have any ideas about
improvements the Practices can make to the help they provide
for us all.
We also want to share with all patients information about health
issues and about various groups and other resources available in
our area.
If you are interested in joining the Patient Group then contact us

  • By email to stuart.thelinksppg@gmail.com
  • Using the suggestion boxes in both surgery waiting rooms
  • By asking reception staff to forward your details to Stuart
    Barritt, Chair

Please note this email address is not linked to The Practice and emails for the practice will not be passed on.

We do have a few ground rules, namely

  • We want to work collaboratively, positively and in a supportive manner with the practices and each other
  • We acknowledge that the PPG is not a forum for complaints or grievances, but for ideas to resolve any issues
  • We agree that confidentiality must be maintained. To this end we ask all members to sign our Terms of Reference & Confidentiality Agreements.
