By appointment with the Health Care Assistant. There are criteria surrounding the suitability of these checks. You will receive an invitation letter if you are eligible.

Wednesday 1:30-3:00pm with Doctor and Nurse. Injections, baby checks and post-natals by prior appointment. The Health Visitor Led Clinic is held in the local Children Resource Centre.
All patients over the age of 75 can have annual health checks either in the surgery or at home if housebound. Make an appointment with the Nurse.
By appointment and by referral from a doctor. Please note that there are strict criteria guiding the doctors as to the type of procedure that they can undertake.
This surgery also provides removal of sutures to all registered patients following hospital procedures. If you use this service please complete a satisfaction survey and hand it to reception so we can monitor and improve our service.
By appointment with Nurse. Please bring the child’s Health record Book ( usually a red book) to each appointment as without this book which contains a record of all of our child vaccinations the appointment may have to be cancelled.
One or the other of the child’s legal parents must attend the vaccination appointment as they are required to give consent.
